Thirty-five kindergarten through sixth grade students have been practicing three times a week with their directors Halie Andreasen, Hailey Osantowski, Melody MacDonald and assistant directors Emma Olson and Lainey Werts.

The Magic In Me emphasizes how special each person is.  Equipped with nothing more than a toy shovel and pail, little Do-Nothing Dale (Grace Tibor, Malaina Francis, and Ella Steensnes) appears to be a wizard in name only.

Laughed at and excluded by her colleagues, Magnificent Mervin (Isaac Roberts)  and Wonder Wanda (Caitlyn Aue), Dale sets out on a journey to find her own “little bit of magic.”

Queen Marilyn Melody of Musicland (Juliana Maxfield) and Coco the Clown (Gage Gasper), King of Laughterland, do their best to help her, but it’s not until her encounter with the evil Weatherman (Spencer Werts and Connor Laska) on the Planet of Sad Flowers that Dale discovers just what it is that makes her unique.

This highly imaginative story gently teaches while serving up a large portion of fun and folly, with three bright musical numbers to add sparkle to the story.  The play is supervised by Mrs. Staci MacDonald.

There are many more fun and interesting characters to be met along the way!  Please come and see the production Friday, April 22 at 7:00 P.M. and Sunday, April 24 at 1:30 P.M.  The play lasts about 45 minutes. Children sixth grade and younger are free.  Admission for seventh graders through adults is $5.00.
