Funeral Services For Theresa Ann Gladfelter

Theresa Ann Gladfelter, 60, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, December 17th, 2016 in Rockwood, Michigan. 

Memorial services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, April 28th, 2017 at the St. Edward Catholic Church in St. Edward, Nebraska with Msgr Ralph Steffensmeier officiating. Theresa will be laid to rest following the service at St. Edward Catholic Cemetery.


Theresa was born in Columbus, NE to Dennis "Denny" and Viola Werts on October 7th, 1956. She went to high school at St. Edward Public School and graduated in 1974. She went on to work in the VA Hospital for four years and then went to work at the United States Postal Service. 

On November 27th, 1976, Theresa was united in marriage to John William Gladfelter in Ralston, NE. On May 28th, 1992, she welcomed her beautiful daughter, Amanda. Theresa finished her career out with the United States Postal Service, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed reading, going to the park to see nature, exploring different museums, and spending time with her family especially with her daughter.
 
Theresa is preceded in death by her parents, Denny and Viola Werts.
 
She is survived by her husband John Gladfelter of Rockwood, MI; daughter Amanda Gladfelter of Rockwood, MI; sister Joetta (Steve) Lund of Genoa, NE; sister LeAnn (Jeff) Lindgren of Albion, NE; along with other relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace,she fought a great fight so now she has Peace and No Pain.
