Funeral Services For Angela Joan Friese

Angela Joan Friese, daughter of Donald Joseph and Elizabeth Frances (Bode) Friese, was born September 4, 1965 at Albion, NE. She was baptized and confirmed at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Petersburg, attended school at St. John’s Catholic School at Petersburg and graduated from Pope John High School at Elgin, NE in 1983. Following High School, she attended college at Briar Cliff University.

Angie lived a number of years in Hastings, NE and due to her disabilities, she was unable to work. She moved to Norfolk and lived at the rescue mission, before moving to Petersburg, NE to live with family. 

In her earlier years, Angie was a great athlete and enjoyed playing softball. She loved to cook, babysit her granddaughter Tulsa, and playing cards, especially Sheephead and 30 point pitch.

She is survived by her son Tyrell (Tennille) Friese of Petersburg, NE and their three children: Truett, Trytten, and Tulsa; her father: Don Friese of Petersburg, NE; two brothers: Troy (Gina) Friese of Petersburg and Tim Friese of Wayne, NE; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Angie was preceded in death by her grandparents, and her mother Betty Friese.
